Here's what's on TV:

The Story Trek is where a former reporter Todd Hansen sets out to prove how fascinating so-called ordinary people actually are. Through the random, door-to-door interviews Todd conducts, you'll meet quirky, serious, intelligent, fun people who will make you laugh, smile, cry, and think.  Story Trek is on BYU TV, and some episodes are available via internet.

How fun is this television program because it reiterates how everyone, INCLUDING our ancestors have a story and how their lives are important.

The Generations Project is an investigate reality television program that takes regular people on a journey to uncover the lives and stories of their ancestors. Each participant attempts to retrace their ancestors footsteps often participating in immersion experiences, meeting experts, and even sometimes connecting with family they never knew they had. The Generations Project is on BYU TV and some episodes may be viewed on the BYU website.

Who Do You Think You Are returns for another season on NBC on Friday evenings.  Sponsored by Ancestry.com, WDYTYA selects a famous person, athletics, actors and musicians, and follows their journey through the process of researching their ancestors.

Finding Your Roots premiered, Sunday 1 April 2012 and the show is a journey through the family trees of some of the country's most fascinating people.  The show is a PBS series and is shown on PBS stations.

So, if you don't want to research, or just want to take a break, pull up a chair and be entertained by some truly interesting and fascinating history and people!
