Footsteps

I follow their footsteps through census records, every ten years; nine after they left England. I trace their migration from Wales, through England, and across the USA. I search newspapers, looking for glimpses of their lives. and what they did. I learn about coal mining, and coal mines, and how they made their money. I follow and trace looking for every piece of information that documented they were here! ---jrobertslott, 26 November 2011

Six years and counting. . .

I began this blog six years ago! I have 678 posts about the Roberts family and genealogy in general. This blog has helped and pushed me to stay ahead of the genealogy game and to be informed as to what is going on in the genealogy and family history community.   Stay tuned for more information about the Roberts family and about family history work in general!
